Oye Plage, Le Tap Cul.

Follow the road from the small village Les Huttes D'Oye towards Le Tap Cul. The bunkers are located at the property of a house, just when the road makes a sharp turn.

The bunkers, a 502 that served as a command post according to our sources and a Vf.2a personnel bunker next to it. The 502 is still in a good condition with nice outsides steel doors (Gitterturs). Inside there is some water, so the bunker is hard to enter.
In the village Le Tap Cul itself, at the junction with the D119, lies a KSS (Kabel Schalt Stelle) or telephone bunker, between some bushes. The bunker is behind a fence and on private property, but we could see the entrance and that also indicated a KSS.

Along the D119, going to the west (Terre Neuve) coming from the village, you'll see some bunkers along the road. The bunkers are on your left and right hand between houses and bushes.

This battery is very nice because it is an early army battery with only light constructions and some nice Wellblech (personnel shelters). Most of the bunkers are open and can be visited. There used to be six open emplacements but we found just two of them. Near the emplacements are Vf ammunition bunkers and Wellblech shelters for the personnel. There are some nice constructions with a Wellblech bunker and attached brick buildings, such as a stable. Further along the road are more Wellblech shelters and in a field of a dog camp. We found a brick/concrete building that could be the R219.
